3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data you provide in the application form exclusively in order to carry out the application procedure. The legal basis is Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with Sec. 26 (1) BDSG (establishing an employment relationship) and your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
4. Which data is processed
Name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, preferred area, preferred type of employment, preferred weekly hours, possible working times, earliest starting date, whether you hold a driving licence and your notes on work experience.
This website does not create a database. Once you press send, your details are transmitted directly to our HR department by e-mail and are not retained on the web server afterwards.
5. Recipients
Within the company the data is passed only to the HR department and the responsible warehouse management. It is not transferred to third parties or to countries outside the EU.
6. Retention period
Your application exists solely as an e-mail in the HR department mailbox. It is kept for up to six months after the application procedure has been completed and is deleted afterwards. If you agree to a longer retention for future vacancies, we keep the application for up to [period] and delete it after that.
7. Cookies
If you switch the language at the top of the page, we store your choice for 90 days in a cookie (gl_lang). It is used only to display the page in the right language and is not evaluated in any other way.
8. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: [supervisory authority].
